Provide materials, equipment, labor, and transportation required to clean up, transport and dispose of soil contaiminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) at USCG OMEGA Station, Kaneohe, HI. Work includes preparing planning documents, establishing survey control points, installing temporary engineering controls, establishing PCB control areas and conducting environmental air monitoring. Work also entails demarcating removal action areas, characterizing all wastes generated, implementing the remediation of the soil, and finally preparing a Remediation Verification Report. All work shall be completed, with proerty ready for use, and all documentation submitted within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
