SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston is soliciting information from potential sources for hardware integration, systems engineering, technical support services for various Government agencies requirements for, but not limited to ashore and afloat, surface, subsurface, and airborne platforms, their associated Imagery Support Systems (ISS), Video Tele-Conference (VTC), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Information Warfare (IW), and Information Technology (IT), Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), as well as Advanced Combat Technology Demonstrations (ACTD) programs and systems. Contractors must demonstrate capabilities to have facilities located within 1 hour driving time of: USN SPAWAR Activities at San Diego, CA and Charleston, SC, USN NAVAIR Activities at Patuxent River, MD, USN ONI Activities at Suitland, MD, NRC Activities at Rockville, MD, USN ONR Activities at Arlington, VA, USAF ALC Activities at Tinker AFB, OK, USAF Activities at Scott AFB, IL, USAFALC Activities at San Antonio, TX, USAF Activities at Eglin AFB, FL and USAF Activities at McDill AFB, FL. These facilities will require a minimum of a Secret Facilities Clearance and one or more may require Top Secret Facilities Clearance. Fifteen or more contractor employees will be required to have access to Top Secret SCI requirements. The period of performance will be for a 12-month base period and four one-year options. The Government anticipates a potential level of effort of 1,179,620 labor hours (815,620 domestic; 364,000 international) over a 60-month period. This notice is for planning purposes only. If satisfactory responses are received a solicitation may be issued for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with cost plus fixed fee task orders. Firms are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references to support they possess the required specialized experience with the above systems and capabilities necessary to meet or exceed stated requirements.
