Approximately 70 double rooms and 19 single rooms are required for a 2-day weekend each month. A maximum of 120 rooms will be required. Flexibility is required. The Government requires a guaranteed block of rooms and will confirm the actual number of rooms needed within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled drill weekend. The Government will guarantee a minimum number of rooms to be occupied. A drill weekend schedule for fiscal year 99 (1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99) will be provided in the solicitation. The Government anticipates award of a fixed price indefinite quanity/indefinite delivery contract for a period of one year plus 4 option years. This procurement is unrestricted.
