Slana (Site Code W31XNJ) In general, the work shall consist of the following: This solicitation contains three projects: Project No. 98-3001 -- Approach Lighting System -- Furnish and install a simplified short Approach Lighting System, complete with control console, sequential flashers and control equipment, steady burning lights and regular, associated site work. Project No. 96-1031 Paint Airfield Markings -- remove rubber on touchdown area, remove existing markings and repaint airfield markings to FAA standards. Project No. 99- 004 -- Construct concrete pavement to park UH60 Rotary Wing Aircraft, asphalt shoulders, site utilities, including grading drainage, and paint aircraft parking markings. In country contractors may obtain plans and specifications at the Honduras Project Office. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other normal documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for the bid submittal documents will not be allowed. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is not required. For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $17,000,000 for the past three years.
