Project includes the removal of current asphalt paths and the construction of concrete pathes for 18 hole "Whisperin Winds" golf course. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. Performance time is 180 calandar days. The solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and does not obligate funds of the United states Government. Nonapproptiated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and collection of fees and charges for participation in the military community programs.
