The United States Property & Fiscal Office for Tennessee has a requirement to Alter/Repair Base Operations, Building 100 for the Tennessee Air National Guard, McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN located in Knoxville, TN. Interior work shall include demolition of non-load bearing partitions and interior finishes, demolition of existing plumbing fixtures and hook-ups, demolition of duct work and some mechanical systems, installation of new interior walls, finishes, plumbing fixtures, electrical, mechanical and fire detection systems. Exterior work shall include installation of new asphalt and concrete drives, installation of an EFIS system on exterior of building, installation of new windows and doors, installation of new roofing on addition, and installation of covered vehicle canopy. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 28 July 1998 with bid opening occuring o/a 27 August 1998.
