This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center, Germany, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on other than full and open competition basis. A sole source contract is proposed with SAVI Technology, Mountain View, California. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
