Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to provide an official response to questions received. QUESTION: This appears to be an "or equal" specification. Item 8 refers to it as a "System 5000 Stress Analysis Data System." If so, who is the manufacturer of this system. ANSWER: Any reference to a particular manufacturer is hereby deleted from the specifications. The specifications describe the Government's minimum requirements for the Stress Analysis Data System. QUESTION: What quantities of all items are required? ANSWER: Item 1 -- Quantity 3 each, Items 2-3 -- Quantity 4 each, Item 4 -- Quantity 6 each, Items 5-8 -- Quantity 1 each, and Item 9 -- Quantity 50 each.
