The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN for the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) modeling software system and membership into the GTAP Consortium. The GTAP system will provide the capability to perform economic analysis of global and domestic environmental policies in a multi-country framework. The GTAP system consists of three components: a continually updated global database, a state-of-the-art modeling framework and software to manipulate data and run policy experiments. See Note 22.
