Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. AHCPR requires an organization that is capable of providing the contacts necessary to assure the success of a national effort to collect and analyze comprehensive patient level data on the determinants of utilization by persons with HIV disease, and the primary leadership of a national association of HIV health care providers is housed within Johns Hopkins University. The period of performance for this effort will be approximately one year.
