Kirchoff/Pkwrm/ [937]257-8344 This is a Commercial Solicitation for Post Doctoral Research in the area of EXPERIMENTAL semiconductor physics for the purpose of experimental verification of Ga/AsInGaAs Quantum Well dispersion relations. Heterostructure materials of specific interest include AlGaAs/InGaAs and growth parameters of interest include stochiometry, well width and well separation. The objective is to conduct a fundamental research program to verify the semiconductor dispersion relations calculated as part of a separate, but parallel theoretical effort. Work location is Wright Patterson AFB OH. U.S. Citizenship preferred, U.S. Permanent Residency may be accepted. Health care, social security, taxes and relocation expenses will not be provided under this contract. Previous respondents to this solicitation need not re-apply. Mr. Stephen J.
