Price/Pkwrm/ [937]257-8344 This is a Commercial Solicitation for the purchase of postdoctoral research in the area of theoretical semiconductor physics for the purpose of numerically modeling the electronic and optical properties of semiconductor quantum well structures. The primary objective is to develop a theoretical model for the dispersion relations and optical absorption coefficients of semiconductor quantum well structures. This postdoctoral will support other faculty research efforts. Work location is Wright- Patterson AFB OH. U.S. Citizenship is preferred, U.S. permanent residency may be accepted. Health care, social security, taxes and relocation expendes will not be provided under this proposed contract. Previous respondents to this solicitation need not re-apply. Mr. Stephen J.
