This solicitation amendment extends the closing date of Broad Agency Announcement, ONR 98-005 to 22 JAN 1999 or until replaced by the successor FY 1999 Dual Use Applications Program BAA. Although the closing date for proposal submission under the initial publication of BAA 98-005 has passed, the Industrial Programs Department of ONR will continue to accept new proposals and proposals which may modify existing agreements that can now be considered dual use and meet all of the requirements of BAA 98-005 including cost sharing.
