The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command hereby requests interested parties submit a statement of capabilities to research, develop and prototype a Hostile force Integrated Targeting System (HITS) under an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement. Information on HITS, including an electronic version of the draft HITS Performance and Requirements document, slides from a 26 June 1998 industry brief presentation, and a list of industry questions and SPAWAR responses may be found on the internet at the SPAWAR Business Opportunities Page at http://4iweb.spawar.navy.mil/02/). The information is located in the "Future Opportunities" section under PMW 163. The statement of capabilities should describe concisely a company's existing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) or related geolocation products, its large-scale production capacity, experience or expertise; the qualifications and experience of the personnel expected to work on the HITS effort, and any related shipboard/aviation integration experience. The statementshould not exceed 5 pages.
