Purpose of the procurement is to use air dispersion modeling (CALPUFF
puff despersion model) to predict ambient concentrations of selected
air pollutants emitted by four industrial sources in the Kenova
Industrial Center. Contractor shall perform tasks in accordance with
the Statement of Work which consists of 1.) Perform CALPUFF modeling of
maximum emissions. Tasks consist of obtaining meteorological data and
develop windfalls; preparing source input data; perform CALPUFF
modeling; and, prepare report of concentrations and windfall data. 2.)
Perform CALPUFF modeling of actual emissions in 12 episodes. Tasks
consist of preparing source emissions data for each episode; prepare
CALPUFF modeling for each episode; and, prepare report of pollutant
concentrations. Contractor shall deliver draft tables, input and output
files of model run, tables of highest concentrations, and maps and
