Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance of grease traps and associated lines at the specified locations and the proper off-base disposal of any resulting waste materials. The Contractor shall use a live 13-strain concentrated vegetative bacteria. These bacteria must not contain solvents, degreasers, or spore forming bacteria. The product must be certified non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-caustic, and free from pseudomonas aeruginosa and salmonaella. Maintenance of traps and lines shall include, but is not limited to, routing, pumping, and cleaning to provide clean, free-running grease trap systems. The Contractor shall respond within 4 hours after being notified by the Contracting Officer or designee of a problem in a building, grease trap, or associated line maintained under this contract. Performance shall be in strict accordance with the standards in the PWS and all current local, state, and federal regulations. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses.
