Jackson, Contracting Officer, (256)313-4061 Contractor shall provide logistic and technical support for the TADS/PNVS and the Electro-Optic Bench for Fiscal Year 1999. The Contractor shall be required to transmit the knowledge necessary to update the Department of the Army, military and civilian personnel, with knowledge provided. Personnel shall be able to operate and maintain all associated test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) and ground support equipment. The Government intends to award a delivery order to Contract DAAJ09-96-G-0005 to sole source contractor Lockheed Martin Corporation, Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907 under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of USC 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. This is a follow-on requirement for TADS/PNVS Support Personnel. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
