Contractor support is being solicited to implement the U.S. Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration, Office of Pipeline Safety(OPS) policy requring HAZWOPER (29 CFR 1910.120) training for all OPS pipeline inspectors. OPS has regional offices in Denver, Kasas City, Atlanta, Houston, and Washington, D.C. There are approximately 10 inspectors in each regional office who will require training, for a total of 50 students. Offerors will be evaluated on 1) experience in training in the occupational and safety health area, 2) professional qualifications of proposed staff, and 3) technical approach to conducting the training. This is a 100% small business set-aside, sic 8748, business size $5 million.
