A by-product of this includes enlargement of the conference room/library and 11 offices along the front side of the structure. This will be accomplished by the erection of a new exterior wall and the removal of existing walls. Partitions will be extended to the new walls. In addition, existing store front type windows will be replaced in two offices. The work will include new receptacles and data outlets, the relocation of existing light fixtures, acoustical ceiling tile work, painting, flooring, finishes, and a small amount of HVAC.
