This project involves the removal and replacement of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for an occupied, 15,000 SF, one story, administrative, shop, and warehouse building. Remove existing fuel oil boiler, circulating hot water heating system, and air conditioning system. Provide temporary heat. Replace with new boilers and hydronic system, air conditioning, and VAV terminal units. Remove and replace selected suspended acoustical tile ceilings and lighting. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance shall be 150 calendar days. An exclusionary period is not required for this project.
