Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision
and disposal necessary for the demolition of two existing tankhouse
towers and disposal of related equipment, construction of concrete
foundation footings, installation of GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PIPE TOWERS
and various electrical work. Equipment to be disposed of includes 40ft
and 20ft towers (2) six volt NICAD batteries and miscellaneous power
distribution equipment. New towers are 40ft and 20ft modular towers to
be picked up by the Contractor from South Weymouth, MA. Electrical
work includes coordination with the utility company to provide AC power
to a new Contractor furnished meter, installation of approximately 6 60
LF of conduit, grounding rods, 480 LF of direct burial cable and other
miscellaneous conductors. Construction shall be coordinated in order
that the existing lights are extinguished for NO MORE THAN FOURTEEN
(14) DAYS. Work is located at the Silver Range Point near Cementon NY
(route 9W) on the Hudson River and on the property of Lehigh Portland
Cement. (Greene County) Cost Range is between $25,000 -- $100,000. SIC
is 1629. No permits are required. Performance period is ninety (90)
calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation package
