The project consists of removal of some to all existing built-up roofing, elastomeric sheet roofing, metal roofing, felts, flashing, gutters, and down spouts from the roof of the single and multi-level structures. Installation of new roofing system and repair or replacement of the existing flashing at the drip edges, roof penetration expansion joints, roof to wall, roof to fascias, and roof to gutter meetings. Remove, clean, reintall, or replace down spouts, and roof drains. The work also includes clean up and disposal of construction debris. The location of the work is at various locations, Guam, M.I. The performance period is 270 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
