Scope of work includes utility locates, sidewalk demolition and installation, excavation, fiberglass pipe demolition and steel pipe installation, and landscaping. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The cost range is estimated betwen $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on July 30, 1998.
