The items to procure are the tow bar and components of vehicular towbars, components are manufactured from castings, forgings, weldments and chain assemblies. This procurement will result in a 5 year requirements contract. FOB is ORIGIN. For use on the TOW BAR. Estimated issue date is 30 JUL 98. There is a First Article Requirement for the Tow Bar. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
