The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to procure on a sole source basis from Veda Systems, Inc., 44417 Pecan Court., California, Maryland a quantity of one (1) optical recorder peripheral data management software. The software will be used to interface with NSWCDD-owned optical recorder peripherals manufactured by Veda Systems. The software will provide control and status monitoring capability for the optical recorder peripheral as well as perform data manipulation and transfer functions. The software will interface with the optical recorder peripheral by way of Veda proprietary interface protocols. Delivery to the NSWCDD 90 days after contract award. See Numbered Note 22.
