The work consists of completing an inventory of timber sale and related project areas for lichens, bryophytes and fungi species that have been designated Survey and Manage (Strategy 2) under the Northwest Forest Plan. Inventory work consists of covering hundreds of acres in rough terrain to find these species, plus develop a species list of all other non-vascular plants encountered. Results will be reported on Government-furnished forms. This contract includes an option that allow for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Project sites are located in the Grants Pass Resource Area, Josephine county, Medford District, Oregon. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. See Numbered Note 1.
