The current contractor, University of Wisconsin-Madison is the affiliate of VA Madison. In accordance with Public Law 104-262, Section 301, the Enhanced Health Care Resources Sharing Authority, the VA may enter into non-competitive sharing contracts with affiliated health professional schools. the use of 38 USC 8153 and determining the sharing partner meets the above criteria and is authorized by the Veterans Health Care Eligibility Reform Act.
