The Statement of Work is for engineering services to perform unit under test (UUT) maintenance to correct the operation of the Turbine Engine Monitoring System RPM circuit card assemblies (CCA) P/Ns 9383749-10 and 9383749-50. The contractor shall deliver all Source and Object software programs as modified to accomplish the UUT software changes to correct the functionality of the remaining model RPM CCAs. The approximate issue date will be 11 Sep 98. No telephone requests. Only written, faxed or e-mailed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. This contract will be issued under a firm-fixed price type contract. Evaluation criteria: 1) price, 2) must meet period of performance requirements -- 2 months All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing written notic e to point of contract for this notice. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as 100% small business set-aside without further notice.
