REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES, SOUTHWESTERN U.S. Description: Title: Real Estate Appraisal Services IDIQ Contract. SIC Code: 8999 Sol.: GS-07P-98-JUC-0023, The General Services Administration (GSA) proposes to award 9 separate contracts for real estate appraisal services. The corresponding geographic area for each contract are: Arkansas, Louisiana, Northern New Mexico, Southern New Mexico including portions of West Texas, Oklahoma, North West Texas, South Central Texas, North Central Texas, North East Texas, and South East Texas (delineation will be defined in the Solicitation). Interested parties must be physically located in the corresponding geographical area in order to be considered. The estimated contract values range from a minimum of $1,000 to a maximum of $100,000 for each contract. The anticipated contract period is estimated from September 30, 1998 through October 1, 2000, with four 2-year option periods. State certification is a prerequisite for a proposal to be considered. This is a negotiated full and open competition procurement and will require submission of technical proposals in accordance with the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Technical evaluation factors will be listed and described in the solicitation. The greatest value concept will be used for selecting the contractor.
