S -- - SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the San Jose State University Foundation. Purpose of contract is to evaluate the impact of harbor seal and California sea lion predation on endangered steelhead trout in the San Lorenzo River. The Foundation has completed similar pinniped-impact studies on the San Lorenzo River and Scott Creek. Proposed contract expands upon the original research conducted by the Foundation.
