MODIFICATION: This modification is issued to change the description of the work required to the following: Provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to maintain Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries in the Hampton Roads Area. Work involves a variety of the following duties: Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and ; using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; repairing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks; replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles; hanging doors; replacing broken window panes: and performing general maintenance. All else remains the same: Work to be accomplished by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. the Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months.
