S -- ALARM SYTEMS INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE SOL N62467-98-Q-3357 DUE 081398 POC Rick Pittman, (706)354-7298 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide maintenance and repair services and programming changes for fire protection, tank/line leak detection, and intrusion alarm systems in accordance with the requirements specified. Work includes the performance of an initial condition inspection; service call work to make repairs to return systems to proper operation; operational testing; preventive maintenance inspections; and other services as described. Work shall also include adding zones in the computer programming, adding zone cards to the radio transmitters, and making wiring cross connections to new and existing equipment. The Contractor will also change the computer programming in programmable panels and consoles as necessary to meet the requirements of the activity. The contract will include a base period of 12 months, with four 12 month options. Only written requests for solicitations will be accepted.
