This procurement is being advertised as a fully competed procurement, under standard industrial classification code 4953, with a small business size standard of 6.5 million. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution/ Federal Prison Camp, Phoenix, AZ intends to award a Waste Collection and Disposal Services contract to the contractor who submits the best value offer (a) within the City of Phoenix, County of Maricopa. This solicitation requires: 1). Rental of two (02), 40 cubic yard Container/Compactors (Container/Compactors will be located at FCI/FPC Phoenix). 2). Rental of one (01), 16 cubic yard self contained Container/Compactor. 3). Rental of one (1) 40 cubic yard top container 4). Pick-up and empty one (01), 40 yard container/compactor each Tuesday and Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:30 am. 5). Pick-up and empty one (01), 40 cubic yard Government owned container twice a year, times to be determined by the Facilities Manager and Contractor. (6) Pick-up and empty one (1) 16 cubic yard self contained container/compactor, to be picked up every two (2) weeks between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Unit must have a locking dog house with safety switch, keyed operating box with ozone machine. (7) Pick-up and empty two (2) 40 cubic yard self contained container/compactors, to be picked up at FCI on Tuesday and Fridays and FPC on Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:30 am.
