Work to include complete outbound, inbound services and intra city and area moves of personal property shipments; "Area I" includes local areas and points within the counties of Curry, DeBaca, Quay, Guadalupe and Roosevelt in New Mexico; "Area II" includes points within counties in Parmer, Bailey, Deaf Smith, Randall, Armstrong, Oldham, Potter, Carson, Hartley, Moore, Hutchinson, Dalham, Sherman and Hansford in the State of Texas; and Cimmaron and Texas counties in the State of Oklahoma. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for those concerns and its affiliates is "4214" and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $18.5 million. This is firm fixed price requirements type contract with a performance period of 1 January 1999 through 31 December 1999 with four one-year options. Invitation for Bid will be issued tentatively on or about 24 Aug 98 with a bid opening tentatively scheduled for 23 Sep 98. Award will be made in the aggregate to the responsible and responsive bidder whose bid conforms to the solicitation and whose price is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
