The work, to be done in PHASES, includes but is not limited to minor sitework, selective demolition, new walls, floors, ceiling, doors, hardware, interior aluminum framing system/windows, security, structural retrofit, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. There will be a potential delay of construction start for up to 90 days after award.
