The work includes the following: BUILDING 0249: Demolish existing concrete block building; construct new building (concrete block walls, pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete roof units, concrete floor, personnel doors, manuall roll-up truck bay door, electrical and lighting, wall mounted air conditioners, wall mounted ventilation louvers and exhaust fans, wood work benches and shelves) and water service connection.
