In additon, a new fire protection system will be provided as well as removal/replacement of various plumbing and piping sytems. Renovation of several public toilets is included. Work also includes the interior demoliton and renovation of Wing A-3 to include metal stud and drywall partitions, new finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems and incidental related work. There are 3 Bid Options in this project. There will be a 90 days to exercise Bid Options. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
