This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center, Germany, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for AMS rapid deployment units. A non-competitive acquisition is proposed with Information Spectrum, Inc. (ISI). The solicitation number is DAJA22-98-Q-0953 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-3. 3. The solicitation schedule is as follows: CLIN 0001: 2 ea. AMS Rapid Deployment Units. Delivery time of equipment is 30 days A.R.O. to Mannheim, Germany, FOB destination. 4.
