Miskelly (703) 607-5361 The contractor shall provide support for the Submarine Technology Management (SUBTECH) Process. This effort includes collection, collation, and evaluation of data describing the cost and performance of various technology initiatives relative to the submarine force. The contractor shall support and participate in the Integrated Product Team (IPT) process, especially the Missions and Future Design Working Group. The contractor will also continually review the models, methodologies, and database systems used in order to improve, adapt, and update the analytic and software solutions used to support these activities. This effort will be awarded to Systems Planning Analysis, Inc. (SPA), 2000 N. Beauregard Street, Suite 400, Alexandria, VA 22311-1712 as a modification to an existing contract. SPA possesses a unique understanding of the technical and programmatic issues due to their participation in the effort for the past three years and based on their 30 years of experience on submarine programs.
