This project is a fixed price contract to design/build a processing and distribution annex of approximately 64,300 net sq. ft. located on Moore Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72407-9997 as shown on specifications and drawings made part hereof. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements, paving, landscaping, concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, steel structure, steel joists and decking, roof membrane over roof insulation, sheet metal, masonry, limestone panels, prefinished metal panels, metal stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, cabinets and fixtures, carpentry, aluminum windows, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, metal fabrications, toilet partitions and accessories, signage, lockers, bridge crane, fire protection and detection systems, security systems, battery room, parking garage exhaust system, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Fixed mechanization is not included. Technical evaluations will be made based on a 100 point total (Experience -- 40, (2). Past Performance -- 30, Organization -- 25, and Backlog-5), and Management Plan Evaluation is based on a 100 point total (Construction 30 points, Design -- 25 points, Project Management -- 20 points, Schedule -- 15 points, and Procurement -- 10 points.
