D -- TECHNICAL ORDER (TO) EDITORIAL SUPPORT, DIGITIZATION, AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION POC Tom Robertson, Acquisition Analyst, 912-926-6726 This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a MARKET SURVEY to identify sources with the capability to meet requirements for conversion and editing of technical orders, and for related computer system support services. This market research is being conducted to identify sources who may possess the capability and experience necessary to satisfy WR-ALC's requirements for: 1) conversion of paper-based technical orders (TOs) to digital format, 2) technical order editorial sustainment, development, and engineering services, and 3) technical support services to manage, maintain, and administer all computing hardware and software infrastructure utilized to store/maintain digitized technical order documents and to perform editorial and conversion processes. Capabilities for technical order printing capabilities are being addressed under a separate survey. However, technical order printing requirements may ultimately be included with requirements addressed in this market research under a single solicitation. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearance required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined.
