The Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center has a requirement for the modification of the C-11746(V)4/ARC, P/O AH-64A for use in the MEDEVAC helicopter, UH-60Q, Telephonics P/N 499-4858-001 for a maximum of 30 each under a 3 year IDIQ contract with Telephonics Corp., Farmingdale, NY. Award will be by modification to Contract No. DAAB07-D-B608. The current contract requires modification of a maximum of 180 units of the C-11746(V)4/ARC into the C-11746B(V)3, for use in the OH-58D helicopter, Telephonics P/N 499-4800-004. Negotiations will be on a sole source basis with Telephoncic Corp., which is the actual manufacturer and which has the technical data necessary to perform the required tasks. The Government does not have the technical data which would enabled it to fully define the form, fit or function of this equipment. There are no data or drawings for this solicitation.
