U -- SUPPORT SERVICES FOR DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY END-USER TRAINING FOR THE PEOPLESOFT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOL DP2/0428Z/98 DUE 080798 POC Jacquelyn E. Connell, 202-231-2452 The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking qualified sources capable of providing training services related to developing and providing end user training and documentation on the PeopleSoft Federal Human Resources Version 7 Software Application. The services required by DIA will be performed at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Contractor personnel shall be required to possess TS/SCI security clearances. DIA is implementing Peoplesoft Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Recruitment products in mid FY99, using a phased implementation process into the year 2000. Initial implementation will provide benefits administration, position management, PAR processing, training, work force security, compensation and payroll interface. Training services required will include documenting new business procedures, create end-user and training staff documentation, development of DIA specific training plans and material from existing DIA-owned courseware. Interested parties parties have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities. The training provider must furnish a full-time training administrator, assign documentation and training specialists and a system administrator as required. This synopsis is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this announcement. Any responses to this notice should be limited to ten pages and should be pertinent and specific to the training functions required. Submissions should address the following qualifications: experience, particularly in building and presenting PeopleSoft Federal HRMS and/or PeopleSoft Student Administration end-user training as an outline of previous projects, in addition to any specific work previously presently performing. Also include information on personnel who possess professional qualifications with specific experience of training personnel, any actual PeopleSoft training course completed, and any other relevant personnel who would be performing the services described. Respondents should submit their information to also include brochures and any other substantive information demonstrating the contractor's ability to provide the aforementioned requirements.
