The building will contain sleeping, secure storage and latrine. The existing latrines shall be converted; the new latrine shall be built as an addition to the existing building. The work shall also include modifications/additions to existing electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. The commander's office will be reroofed. An 8' high fence with plastic slats and 2 strands of barbed wire will be constructed around the 160th compound. Project is subject to the availability of funds. Estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1542 for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
