Furnish all plant equipment, materials, labor, devices, and necessities to perform completely all operations essential to the Repair Exterior, Military Family Housing (MFH), Indefinitely Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) at Altus Air Force Base, OK. This acquisition is unrestricted and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The performance period for the basic contract will be sixteen (16) months from the date of contract award with three (3) additional option periods of 365 calendar days each. The magnitude of this project is over Five Million ($5M) dollars with a guaranteed minimum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300K) dollars for the life of the contract if funds become available during Fiscal Year (FY) 98 of FY 99. Funds are not currently available for this IDIQ but may become available during Proposal Acceptance Period as stated in the Request For Proposal (RFP).
