The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a security lighting upgrade at its Large Lakes Research Station, 9311 Groh Road, Grosse Ile, Michigan. Work shall include providing and installing new exterior night-time security and safety lighting to replace existing lighting. Installation of overhead pole lighting and exterior building-mounted lighting on several buildings is required, including photo controls. Some underground work is also required. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated price range is under $75,000.
