Remove (3) existing variable frequency drives and replace with (3) new variable frequency drives and control apparatus and reprogram PLC program; programming changes required to existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) at Steam Plant to incorporate new variable frequency drives and new control scheme.
