The work includes demolition of existing heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment including the chiller, associated chilled water distribution system components such as pumps and piping, multizone air handling units and incidental related work. New work consist of installation of a rotary screw chiller, chilled water pumps and piping, a steam-to-hot water converter, hot water pumps and piping, air handlers, ductwork, fan coils terminal units, and a direct digital control (DDC) system to communicate with the maintenance department. Electrical supply for most of the new equipment will come from a new pad mounted oil filled transformer and new electrical distribution system.
