Z -- MULTIPLE AWARD TERM CONTRACT FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA AND THE SOUTHWEST COUNTIES OF VIRGINIA. DUE 073198 POC Robert Waring, Contracting Officer, (215) 656-6149 This office is seeking all sources that would be interested in submitting an offer on a solicitation for general repairs and alterations and all associated design services for Government owned and leased facilities in the state of West Virginia and southwest counties of Virginia. This notice is NOT a request for offers. It is for the purpose of identifying the level of interest in such a contract. This would be an indefinite quantity design-build term contract for projects ranging from approximately $100,000 to $2 million. Offerors would be evaluated using source selection procedures. The Government may make multiple awards and anticipates award of between three and five contracts. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise for a specific delivery order. The contract would be for a one-year base period with the possibility of four one-year options.
