In addition to providing all of the benefits, structures, footprint, and accessibility of the original design, the second prototype will also meet several new criteria including the addition of a ruggedized mobility package, water storage, modifications to the top cupola modifications to the cabinetry design, improved transportation capabilities, and enhanced vestibule design. Procurement of the second prototype will continue concept validation of the Marine Corps' requirement for a Multipurpose Health Service Facility. This procurement is reserved for Small Business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 9999. The size standard is $5 million.
